Parenting your Neurodivergent Teen

Parenting a neurodivergent teen comes with unique challenges. Learn practical strategies from a Clinical Psychologist while connecting with other parents who understand the journey. For parents/caregivers of children ages 11-17 with Autism or ADHD.

An ASD Diagnosis for Your Child

A supportive space for caregivers of young children with autism to connect, ask questions, and gain helpful strategies. For parents of children ages 2-10 with an autism diagnosis.

Positive Solutions for Families

A group designed to help caregivers promote children’s social and emotional skills, understand problem behavior, and use positive approaches to help children learn appropriate behavior. For parents/caregivers of children ages 3-8.

Emotion Explorers

Kids will learn to identify emotions, recognize triggers, and discover coping tools to manage tough moments. A supportive space to build emotional awareness and resilience. For children ages 8-12.

Thursdays, 6 - 7 PM

Communication with Your Teen 

Learn Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)-based strategies for calm, effective conversations that will improve overall communication and connection while still setting limits with teens who have mental health challenges. For parents/caregivers of teens ages 12-17.

Parenting Anxious Children

Is your child's anxiety or OCD changing how you parent? This group utilizes supportive parenting for anxious childhood emotions (SPACE) informed practices to reduce parental accommodations. For parents/caregivers of children ages 4-17 with a formal OCD/anxiety diagnosis.

*No group on October 12 or November 26 due to holidays.

All groups held via a secure online platform and led by experienced licensed psychologists and social workers. Sponsored by Franciscan Children’s, an affiliate of Boston Children’s Hospital. Covered by most insurance plans, including Medicaid.
